Operational Notes
CURRENT FOCUS
Deploying LeoneNAS-9 as primary Alister AI + storage platform. Migrating workloads from retiring SuperMicro (LeoneNAS-8).
POWER & COOLING
All critical systems on APC UPS + Line-R conditioned power. Estimated idle draw for core stack is moderate; full AI load on LeoneNAS-9 ~90W.
ACCESS POLICY
This page and all services are intended for personal / authorized use only. External access requires VPN or explicit temporary credentials.

Planned Migrations & Next Steps

1. Retire SuperMicro
Decommission LeoneNAS-8 after migrating critical TrueNAS Scale workloads and services.
2. Deploy LeoneNAS9
Install Lexar NVMe + 4× Seagate Exos 26TB + NVIDIA A2 GPU. Primary Alister platform.
3. Stabilize TrueNAS Scale
Complete GPU boot recovery, LACP bonding, and clean migration to new hardware.
4. Split Services
Balance load between LeoneNAS-7 (media) and LeoneNAS-9 (AI + storage).
5. Review Caddy Rules
Ensure clean reverse proxy configuration for all self-hosted services and subdomains.
6. Expand AI Cluster
Continue development of private RAG (Alister) and local LLM capabilities across nodes.
