A personal infrastructure for media, knowledge, and AI — fully owned, fully private, and built to last for my family.
View the StoryThis is not a cloud account. Everything here runs on hardware I own and control. Leone Cineplex holds decades of curated media — from VHS archives to 30,000+ movies and television episodes, streamed through Plex with full hardware transcoding. Alister Fiend is my private RAG-enabled AI twin that knows my life, my work, my homelab, and my family — running entirely on local hardware with NVIDIA A2 GPU acceleration. The Homelab powers it all with over 322 TB of usable storage, 10 GbE networking, Firewalla protection, and multiple self-hosted servers running various OS's like ProxMox VE & QuTS.
This is infrastructure built for ownership, privacy, and legacy — not convenience. A personal technical documentation hub focused on long-term self-hosted systems, data sovereignty, and the refusal to outsource what matters most to my family and future.
A field report on redundant power, failed thermal cutoffs, and the brutal mathematics of mechanical determinism. There is no cosmic force—only ordinary systems doing exactly what they were built to do, in the wrong order, at the worst possible time.
When you build a media "Empire' (lol) you have to have a way to enjoy it. This is the Leone Cineplex. Still a work in progress.
